Before placing an order, please carefully read the following information:

• We provide free delivery service for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered by ONESPORT. Our bicycles/scooters will be shipped from our warehouse in Poland or Germany, typically within 1-2 business days (excluding pre-orders). The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that accessories and parts are not included.

Note: Riders under the age of 16 for electric bicycles must be accompanied by parents or adults while riding.

 

Delivery Coverage:

ONESPORT provides free ground shipping service for orders to the following eligible European countries:

Other regions: If you need to purchase our electric bicycles in areas not mentioned in the above table, please contact us. We will charge a shipping fee of $1000. 

Processing Time: Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to process the order after receiving it. Please allow additional time for updating tracking information, as there might be minor delays with local couriers. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping Time: For orders from European countries, we will ship from our warehouse in Poland and expect delivery within 3-7 business days.

UK ：Due to transportation restrictions, we are currently only selling the ONESPORT OT16(New) in black-red, and the ONESPORT OT18(New) models in the UK. Other models are temporarily unavailable for shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

 Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing detailed tracking information so that you can follow its journey.
• Upon receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm its availability and prepare for immediate shipment.
• If your items are out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via email.
• If your items are ready for immediate shipment, we will generate a shipping label.
• If you haven't received this information for any reason or need further shipping details, please email Laura@onesportglobal.com, and we will update you on the progress of your order.

Regarding Bike Pre-orders:

• Pre-ordered items will be shipped approximately within fifteen days (from the date we launched the pre-order).
• All other products that we have in stock (not pre-ordered) will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

 Order Cancellation Service:

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. If you contact us and cancel the order before the goods are shipped, we will refund all charges incurred before the delivery of the goods to you. However, once the goods are handed over to the logistics provider, your order cannot be canceled. Order Delivery and Signature:

• The transportation of electric bikes requires a signature confirmation, this is due to the high value of the product and restrictions regarding the delivery of high-capacity lithium batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave the package unattended. The shipping carrier can obtain visual confirmation from the recipient of the package as an alternative to an actual signature.
