Shipping Protection

To enhance your shopping experience, Onesport offers optional Shipping Protection to safeguard against issues during transit—such as lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages. Once purchased, all claims are handled directly by Onesport with no third-party involvement, ensuring a fast and fair resolution process.

Whether your package is delayed, damaged, or misrouted, we are committed to protecting your order from the moment it ships until it reaches your hands.

1.  What’s Covered

1.1 Lost Packages

  • Domestic Orders: If not marked as "delivered" within 30 days from the shipping date, it is considered lost.
  • International Orders: If not marked as "delivered" within 60 days, it is considered lost.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, you may still file a claim.
    Upon review, we may issue a replacement or a refund (up to the original order value), subject to verification of the claim.

📌 Note: Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local front desk first, as the package may have been left with someone nearby or in a safe drop-off location. You may also want to contact the carrier for more information before filing a claim.

1.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, you are eligible to file a claim.

Please retain clear photos of the packaging and damaged items as evidence.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

1.3 Misdelivery (Wrong Address)

If the package was delivered to an address different from the one provided in your order, we will cover the cost to resolve the issue (subject to review and approval).

If the misdelivery was due to incorrect address details entered by the customer during checkout, it will not be covered under this policy. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

 

2.  How to File a Claim

Please file your claim within the time frames listed below to ensure smooth processing.

2.1 Claim Time Limits

  • Lost Packages (Not Delivered): File within 90 days from the order date
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: File within 7 days of the delivery scan
  • Damaged Packages: File within 7 days of the delivery scan
  • Misdelivery: Report as soon as possible after discovery

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Tracking number and screenshots
  • Proof of delivery scan (if marked as delivered)
  • Photos of packaging and product damage (if applicable)

3.  Exclusions

Please note that the following are not covered under Shipping Protection:

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but no supporting evidence of loss or misdelivery can be provided
  • Incorrect address submitted by the customer resulting in loss or misdelivery
  • Customs delays or failed clearance on international shipments
  • Claims submitted outside of the designated claim window

 

4.  Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel the Shipping Protection and receive a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Shipping Protection becomes active and cannot be canceled or refunded.
